E-mails form people who need help

My name is Robin and my best friend, Manuel, has muscular dystrophy.  I don't know where to go for help.  I saw your website and thought I would email you.  As you know, the handicapped people are not given enough money.  He can't work.  His income is very very low.  He lives in low income housing which for right now is fine.  His problem is transportation.  The van that he has used for years has completely worn out.  Nothing works right.  Every time we scrounge up the money to fix something, something else goes wrong.  When it rains the roof leaks and we get wet.  We are trying to find a way to raise the money to get a new van.  He desperately needs something safe to drive.  Well, he doesn't drive it, we do , but you know what I mean.  A mechanic recently told us not to drive the van, but we have no choice.  He has to get to doctors at the least.  If you could help or know how I can get help, I would greatly appreciate it.
